Arab Weather - The latest computer simulation outputs at the Arab Weather Center, especially those that sense the movement of air masses, indicate that the Arab Republic of Egypt is on a date with a hot to very hot air mass coming from the tropical region, starting on Wednesday, and its influence will increase at the end of the week, bringing extremely hot and exhausting weather, and expectations of recording temperatures in the forties in many governorates and cities, with active wind speeds that raise dust and dirt, especially in the Upper Egypt governorates.
In detail, it is expected - God willing - that Egypt will begin to be affected by a hot air mass starting from Wednesday and will increase on Thursday, so that there will be a noticeable rise in temperatures to be higher than their average for this time of year. The weather will be hot in various regions of the country, and the heat will increase the further south we go, and maximum temperatures will reach nearly 36 degrees Celsius in Greater Cairo, while they will exceed that in parts of Upper Egypt governorates. The winds will be northeasterly and moderate in speed, accompanied by active gusts that may stir up sand.
Forecasters at the Arab Weather Center indicated that the impact of the extremely hot air mass will increase at the end of this week and the beginning of next week, and will reach its peak with a deep summer atmosphere. Therefore, temperatures will rise further, and will be 8-10 degrees Celsius higher than their normal levels. Extremely hot weather conditions will prevail across all regions of the Republic, with maximum temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius in large areas, including the northern part of Lower Egypt and neighborhoods of Greater Cairo. They may touch the mid-forties Celsius in parts of Upper Egypt governorates, coinciding with the continuation of northeastern winds.
In the coming nights, and in conjunction with the effects of the extremely hot air mass, there will be a rise in nighttime (minimum) temperatures, and the weather will tend to be hot in various regions, with the exception of the northern coasts and Sinai, as these regions are affected by marine air currents that lower temperatures and create a moderate but humid atmosphere.
And God knows best.
